Terrible tour service
Tour Finland - Sweden 3 days (Turku line), departure 07/11/2014, guide Ekaterina Rubtsova, tour operator "West Travel". The Internet is replete with reviews about this tour and this guide. The reviews contain travel dates from November 2013, but the essence is the same, nothing has changed this year. Disgusting organization of the tour, a guide completely uninterested in tourists, an old bus without air conditioning with broken seats instead of the promised comfortable bus with all possible amenities.
