Tactlessness, irresponsibility, cheating, waste of time, disappointment!
Infinitely disappointed - they disrupted our long-planned trip! We talked with the Odessa office, manager Anna Palagina. tactlessness, unpleasant and indifferent attitude was traced from the very beginning, however, we were very interested in the trip and the description of the tour suited us, so we continued the dialogue. We chose a hotel, decided on the dates, made a full prepayment - everything was on time.
