Travel agency with surprises, we were just lucky
There was my review back in May. At that time, everything was terrible. But everything was decided, not as we wanted, but the impressions remained the warmest. But now I will think many times whether I need surprises or better paid a little. they settled with a higher star rating, but we didn’t need it. We had a meeting planned with relatives from another country and this vacation cost them a lot because of us.

We haven’t gone to rest yet, but already a hassle
We bought a tour on February 23 to Turkey for the month of June. Our relatives from another country also booked the same hotel for these dates and bought tickets. We planned to spend time together. They call us at the end of April from the travel agency and say that the TPG tour operator is changing the hotel for us. No matter what we did, I also provided a reservation for our relatives, tried to contact the operator myself, but they don’t want to talk to me, only through a travel agent.
