Worst service I have ever seen
I bought a tour in Transcarpathia for 2 people. I paid 1000 UAH in advance for compartment tickets, since my husband is a citizen of another country and I wanted to provide as comfortable travel conditions as possible. The day before departure, the agency gave me tickets only to Lviv, and told me to pick up the return tickets in Lviv from the guide.
