Excellent travel agency
Many thanks to my tour manager Olga Karpenko for her professional approach. The ability not only to understand, but also to feel the needs of the client is one of her greatest strengths. Like a magician, he looks into the depths of your needs and easily realizes them. The request was for a normal vacation "to lie down and sleep", but the professionalism of the agent is to delve into the details and the psychology of the client.

Great hotel, especially the entertainment program
Lovely hotel, polite and caring staff, most of all I liked the active part. I do not like animators, as they always seemed to me arrogant and intrusive, but the rest in this hotel radically changed my attitude.
