Last June, my husband and I came to the agency with the goal of going on an interesting trip around Europe. The manager of the company told us everything very sensibly about all the nuances of both the trip and obtaining a visa. Where other group tourists went on useless excursions, we (on the recommendation of the agency manager) visited very interesting places in the center of Prague, which were not even indicated on the tour.
