Upon check-in, they didn’t give us a very good room, which we didn’t like because it was on the ground floor and overlooked the road, uncomfortable. I asked to change, changed in three days, no problem, but we left a tip of $ 5.
We booked a room through booking, but after reading negative reviews about building 3 (there are three of them in total), we decided to clarify where we would be accommodated directly from the hotel administrator, where I was assured that only building 1 or 2 was booked.
