Terrible company and customer service.
Family vacation in Rhodes in Mitsis Rhodos Village 15.06-22.06. Both flights were rescheduled, first on June 15 they "stole" the day of rest; the hotel is far enough from the airport had to take a taxi so as not to arrive at the hotel in the morning of the next day. When checking in at night, we were settled in the most terrible rooms in which it was impossible to sleep, under the windows a transformer was constantly buzzing.
