Bought in advance (2.5 months) 4 tickets for the tour of St. Petersburg from 14 to 19 June 2013. We immediately agreed with the tour operator about the seats on the bus at our request (second floor, seats on the right) and that we were allocated a 4-bed room with 2 rooms. We received the price 3 days before departure, where we found out that the seats on the bus were very unimportant (ground floor, near the toilet, the seat did not recline back - what a torment it was to go!).
