Terribly! Never use PEGASUS services!
Choosing a travel agency only for the convenience of location and the possibility of booking on vacation. Wrongly filled in the documents, withdrew an additional two percent for the payment by card, to replace the unconfirmed tour offered the cheapest - the difference is not returned - "we have such rules" ???! Do not sign the contract and do not subscribe !!!.
