The tour didn't happen.
The impression about the company is twofold - on the one hand, they are polite, but on the other hand, the bribes are smooth. We are nobody here, what we decide, nothing depends on us - I have heard such phrases more than once. I had a request to find an urgent tour before a certain date, every day counts. Three times the request was sent, three times it was not confirmed.
