Good afternoon. Travel agency "delta travel" Kiev - KIDALY and RAZVODYAGI. Just returned from a bus tour of Slovakia - out of a group of 29 people, 10 people were dissatisfied with the quality of the tour. 1 Hotels below the stated 3 stars 2 Reduced program and duration of the tour without notifying tourists in advance 3 Overpriced tours 4 Rudeness of the guide Irina-baba habalka.
