WINDMILLS APARTMENTS
It is a pity that there are no ratings below 1. I have been vacationing at the WINDMILLS APARTMENTS allegedly 3 * hotel and Protaras (Cyprus) since 10/14/2012. Please note that the hotel does not have a star rating, these are apartments of category A, although they confirmed their category for the last time in 2009. I think that they would not even confirm this category now.
