I used the services of a travel agency twice, I can’t say anything bad, except for the last time when the drivers did not know the route, but as for the group leaders, I am sincerely grateful for both the first and the second time! and I would like to say BIG THANKS to Olga Lamakh , Mr. Vladimir, one can feel the preparation for the tour, overview stories about other countries, tours, a developed general outlook, attentive attitude to people! therefore I can repeat myself, but thanks again for such group leaders !!.
