poor organization of the tour, they don’t talk much about how the tour will go.
My wife gave me the ticket for my birthday. Departure from Kyiv. We arrived by train from another city. Snow, frost, the mood is excellent. We arrived an hour before departure, there are drivers, there is a senior group, but they are not allowed on the bus. Like, there is no plan for accommodating passengers. We are waiting, we are dying. Asked to warm up on the bus, they answered - to go warm in the subway.
