The travel agency is disgusting, as it was written in the reviews above, you just have to go to their office and everything becomes clear. I have not seen more rude, uncouth and shameless managers, but since time was running out and other companies did not have dates for us, we had to use their services. So we ordered visas for Bulgaria and travel, the prices are good, but it’s better to overpay and leave quietly.
