I trust the pilgrim tour operator, but the last time there was a last-minute tour, I bought it on the site the day before departure, paid online, they called back only the next day !!!, they started checking the cost of the tour, they said that I allegedly entered my son’s age incorrectly, perhaps the cost will change - they brought me to a state of stress, they can return the money only with penalties ??? and I, like a stupid bun, can’t even prove anything - I entered all the data carefully according to their form, which comes only to them, but does not come to my e-mail.

good but could be better
I chose this hotel based on my budget and reviews, the food is ALL. At that time, it was the best option for me. Traveled with my 12 year old son. I liked it, fast check-in, service, the hotel is constantly cleaned (+ to the hotel).
