We chose the Alina travel agency because of the proximity to the house and reasonable prices. We wanted to go to Phuket with a young man, an important condition was a 5 * hotel. Instead, the manager began to offer 3 * hotels, saying: "In Thailand, 3 * is normal, why do you need 5." It even became a shame somehow, unpleasantly or something. I said that this is a prerequisite and the price suits us quite well, but this was ignored.
