Attitude towards the client
Previously, I always used the services of passenger transportation of this tour company, even recommended it to others. But the last two times when they took me from Germany, there were not pleasant situations. I called them a month before and asked them to pick me up from Germany in December, they wrote me down and said that I would call them three days later .
