Irresponsibility and threat to life!
On March 17, 2014, at the 1001 Tour travel agency, I purchased a tour from the tour operator Anex Tour to Egypt. However, as it turned out at the airport, I was sold a non-existent seat on the flight. I found out about it only at check-in, I was not on the boarding lists. I had to wait until there were empty seats on other flights. I was already in tears and on the verge of hysteria, so I was going to celebrate my birthday there.
