Bought a tour on about. Tenerife. the manager is a very kind lady. Completed the paperwork in a timely manner and answered all questions correctly. but! We flew with a small child. Since we had to arrive and check into the hotel late at night (and the flight, together with delays and check-in to the hotel, took us 12 hours), we were specifically asked to leave dinner for us, albeit a cold one.

vacation was a success
We didn't regret choosing this hotel. Traveled with a 4 year old. The beach is opposite, a sunbed under an umbrella - 5 euros. fed normally, for the child, too, you can find what to feed.
