After paying for the tour, the travel agent does not care about you!
Bought a trip to Turkey. Before the purchase, we communicated with managers in telegrams, where we were told that the tour was paid without a commission and all surcharges were included. I chose a tour with convenient departures, which was more expensive per euro than similar tours. I made an advance payment, and the fun began ... It turned out that TO was asking for additional payments for insurance.
