Good hotel
Good hotel. The food is excellent. The service staff are very friendly people. I did not like the pontoon with entry into the sea a little. All the time when there was a wind and it was impossible to swim from the pontoon.

Very bad service
I took a tour from this operator to Egypt. And very very sorry. In addition to money, their guides do not think about anything else. Always talking about money. There is no tourist service at all. You will be brought, sorry for the expression, like cattle, to the store and let's buy. And there is nothing more. I had a problem. I didn't like the service.
