The agent did a bad job.
They did not warn that food on board is ordered 72 hours in advance from the tour operator. On the return flight, I ordered from the airline directly, for the same reason .. Not notified about the additional options of the air carrier. I had to buy more luggage and food through the Russian branch of flydubai. Such simple moments can be offered in advance - and avoid accusations of poor organization of the tour.
