They promise a lot but do nothing.
I wanted to buy a tour to Belgium. Their employee Katerina guaranteed 100% obtaining a visa for him. More than a complete package of documents was provided. Not only did this employee submit the documents later than necessary (although she said that the documents were already in progress), she so confused with them that they were kept at the embassy for 2 months and refused, saying that such confusion during registration should not even be dreamed of.

Comfortable hotel with good food.
Rested in this hotel from 13 to 25 July. Impressions are only positive. Excellent cuisine. The choice of dishes will satisfy anyone. Fruits, snacks, etc. are always freely available.

Cozy hotel.
We rested in Sri Lanka for almost 20 days in June. The first part of the vacation traveled around the country. We lived in different hotels, so there is something to compare.
