We went to St. Petersburg with "Chocolate", we were received in St. Petersburg by "Lena-Tour", the organization of the trip is simply terrible! The very first and outrageous thing is that when buying a tour (we took it a month and a half before the trip), we were given one price for extra. excursions, having received a waybill, we were unpleasantly surprised by the increased prices for them, the difference was especially felt with Peterhof, the original price of 750 rubles changed to 1200 rubles !!! Outrageous!!! The group leader was invisible throughout the trip, he never checked whether the whole group was assembled and everything was in place, on the last day, after checking out from the hotel, one tourist was lost, while Andrey (the leader) was not worried about this fact! Excursions are disgustingly organized, the same places are shown day and night, in various additional (paid) excursions, that is, in fact, we watch the same thing two or three times, each time paying anew.
