The mailing list was sent after small appeals to the management, but they contained a flight to Burgas at 13-10 and a promise to issue documents to tourists at the airport! But at the airport, the representative of Andryusha said that there were no such tickets and you still fly to Varna at 14 .

Do not mess with them, 1 time they threw tourists in Thailand, they got themselves from Bangkok to Phuket. And here it’s not at all clear how tourists fly! On Friday, they called and said that the flight would be operated from Kyiv - Varna instead of Burgas, but no one received official confirmation or a letter, today is the last day before departure and there are still no tickets .
