Good travel agency, but hotel guides need to be worked on
The work of representatives of the travel agency in Kyiv, the work of transfer guides (in both directions) is at a decent quality level. However, the work of hotel guides (except for the first meeting, when we had to hand over the price of services) is terrible. For all the time, we managed to see the hotel guide twice, and on the eve of departure, when we had to clarify a lot (including transfer to the airport), without looking up from the mobile, we were promised to leave a printout at the reception in the evening.
