Excellent work by Tatiana, director of the travel agency
Went looking for a tour. Tatyana not only found a hotel that met my needs, but also rebooked to another one, located closer to the sea. She was constantly in touch, unobtrusively gave the necessary recommendations. I personally handed over the entire package of documents, registered for departure, chose seats. During the tour I was interested in how to relax.

I applied to this agency in 2011 and was satisfied. I applied in 2017 and again did not regret it. Manager Irina Masyuk performed her work at a high professional level: she helped to find a tour at an affordable price, quickly completed the documents, clearly answered all questions, and showed herself to be a competent and responsible employee.
