Fifteen years ago, I read an article in a magazine about a Ternopil resident who opened a restaurant where food is cooked in a real oven. As you know, the article was about the restaurant "Old Mill".

The conceptual restaurant-brewery "Kovcheg" belongs to the chain "Moonshine Restaurant", which includes another Ternopil restaurant-museum "Old Mill", pizzerias and pastels "Flamingo", as well as the restaurant "Mushroom House" in Bukovel.

The Old Mill Restaurant-Museum became the first restaurant to start the Moonshine Restaurant chain. Now, in addition to it, it consists of the restaurant-brewery "Ark", pizzerias and pastories "Flamingo" and the restaurant "Mushroom House" in Bukovel.
