We found out in the mailing list from the Red Cat that charters to the Maldives had appeared and realized that this was our chance to see the dream. A huge plus is that they know all the nuances from personal experience - the instruction was like for beginners - from the nuances of passing tests and ending with filling out a declaration that they filled out for us.
