Selling the tour, accompanying the tourist - everything is fine. Thank you for helping when the local guide did not show up for the meeting, so that they would not forget me at the hotel upon departure :))

Excellent travel agency
Thank you so much for the saved tour bought for April - and due to the virus rebooked for October. We found the best hotel without additional payments and problems. Organized a great holiday. I have been buying tours from them for 7-8 years - they never let me down. I recommend.

How to lose a client
From May 20 to June 1, 2018, we went on the Tale of the East tour - Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey (Marmaris). Nothing bad to say about the tour itself. A good program, timely excursions and trips, good hotels with a normal breakfast, qualified guides. Even the bus this time came across with a little more space between the rows that fit the knees, with footrests and well reclining seats.

The travel agency itself is good, claims to the host
The tour was sold from this company. There are no complaints about the company itself - all documents were received on time, or earlier. Thank you for this. To what there are claims, so it is to the host in Hurghada - Sun International. Who did not please - so this is the local host of Join Up - Sun International - they sold an excursion to the "Pirate Yacht" for 70E, and only a yacht.

I have been taking tours from them for over 5 years, never any problems.
Thanks to the manager Diana for a well-chosen hotel in Greece, Crete, and a great vacation.
