Hello, I want to share my negative experience in cooperation with Coral Travel. The situation is as follows, we booked a hotel, paid 30% of the cost of the tour, but a nuisance happened (due to the extremely difficult and unexpected state of health of a relative, we could not go on vacation and urgently needed money for expensive treatment). By contacting Coral Travel in advance and providing a certificate from a doctor with a request to return the amount paid and understand our situation, but we were refused on the basis of the terms of the contract and due to the fact that the company suffered losses due to not selling tickets.
