It's not the first time we've been traveling. But it was the first time we flew from the Gorlovsky office. We were met by the head of the office, Yulenka, a wonderful girl! The information that we received from Yulia became invaluable in no other agency that we were explained in such detail and intelligibly about the hotel we were going to. And we flew to the Crystal Flora for the money, not very expensive, but everything corresponded to the declared price.
