HORRIBLE OFFICE. HAMS AND CHARLATANS.
I am shocked by the organization of the trip. We went to Fedotova Spit, the fare was paid in 2 directions. We were sent ahead by a normal bus, they said to call back the day before departure and find out the bus number and departure time. The rude woman on the phone literally answered "why are you calling me, they will never pick you up, you will stay there, hahaha" What kind of conversation with customers is this?? Where is the ethics? OK.
