I do not recommend contacting this tour company.
Bought a hot ticket. The manager in Egypt said that the information will be about the departure at the stand. But he will still remind you of the departure. There was no information on the stand until we wrote, I did not write it myself. In the morning we got up at 4:00, because the bus was supposed to be at 4:50. There was no bus either at 4:40 or at 5:25.
