we flew with News Travel and were not mistaken!
We bought a ticket directly from News Travel in the sales department! We clearly formed the purpose of the trip and announced to the manager (we were only interested in a city hotel in Dubai) we chose from the not expensive districts of Bur Dubai or Deira! We settled on Deira. Of course, city 3 * may require cosmetic repairs, but we did not spend so much time in the hotel to criticize minor troubles.
