Provide false information and take money for excursions that are not collected
It so happened that I bought a tour to Spain not from the Join up travel agency itself. This tour was sold to me by the tour operator Selena Tour, but later it turned out that the tour provides Join up, so I am writing a review about them. I was offered a choice of 2 options for excursions: one full (with a tour of the "Spanish Village") and one truncated (without the "Spanish Village" and several others).
