I do not recommend!
I purchased a tour through the Scarlet Sails travel agency, located at the address: Nagatinskaya, 35. On August 20, 2014, I brought a claim (complaint) to the company's office for a tour through the Coral Travel tour operator. I called back a week later, and they told me that I would have to wait 3 months for an answer. I called after 3 months, the whole day verbally and via e-mail I corresponded on my claim.
