Coral Travel
Was purchased and paid for a tour through the Coral in June, the tour from 10/17/21. Two weeks before check-in, a notification comes that overbooking, and they offer fives, but such shitty ones. I call the hotel and it turns out that the operator Coral sent an application only!!!! 29.09, and already the hotel refused them, because it was full. No explanations, no normal hotel options, just the operator decided to resell my tour for more and that's it.
