One of the worst companies
In 2008-2009 I went on weekend tours with this company. Only 9 trips. each of them was organized superbly, no complaints. Agent Vika Nazaratiy is just super. You will come to her, she will lay out all the information, what to take with you, how to dress (if there are features), etc. She talks excitedly, her eyes glow, it is simply impossible not to go.
