Terrible travel agency.
When buying a tour in November, the travel agency promised to heat the pool. The pools arrived +18C. Very cold water! When we checked out of the room, the flight was early. At 6.00 departure from the hotel instead of breakfast at the hotel were malnourished from dinner.
