I want to share my impressions about the trip to Taboo Egypt. My husband and I bought a tour from Pegasus through one Kharkov tour agency. Everything was fine until we arrived at Boryspil airport. The flight indicated in the voucher for the flight on February 10, 2012 at 14:00 was not listed on the board. And what was our surprise when we heard from the informant that our flight left at 4-30 in the morning!!! SHOCK! It was a SHOCK! Nobody bothered to tell us about it! this is a normal attitude towards our customers! Raising a panic, we, of course, received help from our travel agent; we booked tickets for the next flight to Egypt, to Sharm el-Sheikh on 11-02 at 14-00, the flight of which was delayed until 20- 00, we were provided with a transfer to Taba.
