I also want to express what has boiled over. I went to Bulgaria 9 years ago in a good bus with a flight attendant, during the trip we were explained everything, made coffee or tea, however, through another company. I thought that this time it would be so, and maybe even better. But it all started from the first minutes - they sent an information letter with the wrong time and bus number.
