If we get lucky
Minus Aneks - really randomly lucky with tours. Maybe everything is great, or maybe just a failure. It happened to me both, and to a friend, and just after the failure I no longer apply - now there are many companies on the market, there is plenty to choose from even with a modest budget.

Very good
They helped us find a tour that fit our budget. They honestly told us what awaits us for our money and chose the best option without trying to beat us more. Good attitude from managers. There were no problems with the flight.
