I won't go again.
When meeting at the airport, no one helped to load the elderly woman's suitcases, although there were 5 of them. No one unloaded at the hotel - they opened it - take it away. On the way back, I asked to put my suitcase in the trunk, the driver threw it away and broke the suitcase. I have never seen more rudeness. If the travel agency responds, I may change my mind.
