The transportation of passengers is bad
We traveled by bus to Bulgaria at the beginning of September 2023 from Kyiv to Nessebar and back. Buses are not suitable for long journeys. There is little legroom, and it is impossible to recline the seats so as not to disturb other passengers. And most importantly, the drivers are not professional and not polite. They can afford to be an hour late and not apologize.
