I understand the tourists who were deceived by Smirnova. You might be in this situation yourself. In August, paid for a tour to Turkey. We were assured that the hotel reservation was confirmed, the tour was paid. However, a day later I decided to check the reservation, wrote a request to the hotel. As expected, neither the reservation nor the transfer of money to the operator was made.
