Terrible organization
Booked a tour to Bulgaria in September. Terrible organization. We waited for the bus for 3 hours before leaving. Outside where there was nowhere to sit. You can’t leave the place of departure for the toilet or for water, because a bus could arrive at any moment. When asked to give an intelligible answer, what is happening, why we are delayed and when the departure will be difficult to receive an answer.

Pretty decent hotel
Quite a decent hotel. Clean, good beds, friendly staff. Small rooms, but that's what you see on the hotel's website. So we knew where we were going. Good conditions for this price.
