Disappointment
I went on vacation with an 11-year-old child and with a friend who was also with her son. This is my third trip to this hotel. The first one (7 years ago) just shocked me, two years ago I was also satisfied, but there were already complaints (cleaning in the rooms and the rooms themselves).
